GENERAL

PAYMENT

Salt Air Designs accepts most major credits cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  Customers with a gift certificate or promotional code may also redeem them at time of check out.  Credit cards are charged for full amount due at time of check out.

Shipping

We offer FREE pick up at our workshop in Scarborough on all website orders.  We use the United States Postal Service to deliver orders to our customers. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout using integrated USPS software. Rates are based on size, weight and destination of package.   Express shipping is available, but please note that custom orders may take additional time to produce.  Salt Air Designs also reserves the right to offer shipping promotions.

VARIATIONS

Our decor is handcrafted, therefore pieces may vary slightly.

CARE

Wood and metal are not fans of water!  So naturally, we suggest that you do not hang our products outside.  To clean, wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

WARRANTIES AND REPAIRS

Salt Air Designs warranties all products against defects of the manufacturing process for one year from time of purchase and will either repair or replace the defective items free of charge within this timeframe.

Salt Air Designs does not warranty against normal wear and tear, for example if the product is dropped, care instructions are not followed or burlap becomes loose due to mishandling/poor storage.

All returns must be pre-authorized by us - contact us to arrange the details.

CUSTOM PIECES POLICIES


CHANGES TO/CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Upon approval of your design, your custom piece goes directly into production.  Therefore, no changes or cancellations can be made to your order after that time.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

Due to the custom nature of CUSTOM PIECES, all sales are final unless the item is defective due to the efforts of manufacturing.
